Design/Build is a method of single source contracting and project delivery in which the owner contracts directly with McMichael’s Construction, an Atlanta based General Contractor, who is responsible for both design and construction services for an entire commercial project.
Design/Build is generally a faster process, therefore a cheaper process, which is a direct benefit to the Owner.
