A General Contractor, also referred to as a "GC," is a professional retained to plan and coordinate the development of a commercial property and/or the construction of an entire commercial project. As the GC, McMichael's Construction is considered the primary contractor and has a direct contractual relationship with the owner and/or construction lender.
As your general contractor, we can self-perform portions of the work, but also hire, schedule, supervise, and pay the subcontractors who specialize and are licensed in the various trades.
New Construction
McMichael’s Construction’s ability to self-perform many aspects of our projects, coupled with our strong subcontractor relationships has produced many successful new construction projects throughout the Southeast, most of which are concentrated in the Metro Atlanta area.
Our resume consists of a diverse range of commercial construction projects in the retail, medical/office, industrial, and amusement markets.
