Inception
J.D. McMichael founded McMichael’s Construction Company in 1950 as a residential contractor, and later incorporated in 1965.  Dave McMichael, his son and residing President/CEO, acquired the company in 1983.  Dave McMichael’s education, training, and interests were in commercial construction; thus, McMichael’s Construction Co., Inc. has operated as a Commercial General Contractor since 1983. 

Now
McMichael’s Construction Co., Inc. operates in the retail, medical, industrial, and amusement markets throughout the southeastern United States.  We are licensed and bondable in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
